Orenco Gardens welcomes your four legged friends to our community. There is a 2 pet maximum per unit. THE FOLLOWING DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED:
All "mixed/mutt" breeds must have certification from a licensed D.V.M. of the actual breed mix. Unfortunately, Orenco Gardens does not accept any mix/mutt breeds containing any of the above listed breeds. Security deposit is increased by $200.00 and due prior to move in. There is a non-refundable fee of $200.00 for each dog or cat. |
